This Energy Leadership Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into on the 1st day of November, 2016, by and between Performance Services, Inc., with offices at 4670 Haven Point Blvd., Suite 200, Indianapolis, Indiana 46280 ("PSI"), and Hamilton Southeastern Schools, with its principal address at 13485 Cumberland Rd, Fishers, IN 46038 (herein called the "Owner"). The Agreement and all other documents related thereto shall hereinafter be referred to collectively as the "Agreement" or "Contract".
