T his Agreement, hereinafter referred to as “Contract” is made and entered into as of the date fully executed by and between, Siemens Industry, Inc. with a place of business at 10775 Business Center Drive, Cypress, CA 90630; hereinafter referred to as "Contractor," and the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, Sheriff Department with a place of business at 320 N. Flower Street, 2nd Floor, Santa Ana, CA 92703, hereinafter referred to as "County," which may be referred individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
