These agreements involve collaboration with an energy services company that guides equipment upgrades and monitors buildings to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, these contracts are valuable because they a) involve evaluations from engineering firms, b) cover a wide range of energy measures and c) require a low up front investment from the university.
