This Contract, together with the relevant Energy Fact Sheet, Basic Plan Information Document, Detailed Plan Information Document or Product and Price Information Statement for the energy plan you’ve chosen, forms the Contract for the sale of energy to you at your premises. In addition to this contract, the National Energy Retail Law, the National Energy Retail Rules and the Australian Consumer Laws (together ‘applicable energy regulations’) set out specific rights and obligations about the sale and delivery of energy and we will comply with these Rules in our dealings with you. This Contract is to make sure we understand what is expected of each other.
