On the one hand, the SELLER, a company authorized for electric power generation, named and qualified in the Summary Table attached to the Contract (SUMMARY TABLE), and on the other hand, the BUYER, the company holding a concession to provide public electricity distribution services, appointed and qualified in the SUMMARY TABLE, when jointly called PARTIES, and separately PARTY, in the act represented by their legal representatives at the end signed, in accordance with their corporate documents;
