Present Situation: The RMCT was originally signed in 2007 and required updating. The protocol represents an agreement among participating agencies concerning the manner in which law enforcement employee-involved fatal or serious injury incidents, major crimes, or other serious incidents, and/or special requests are investigated within Clark and Skamania Counties. Policy amendments were made to the RMCT agreement per the recommendation of subject matter experts to reflect work performed and enhance cooperation and understanding among participating agencies.
