This Agreement for Enforcement of the Traffic Laws of the State (hereinafter “Agreement”), is made and entered into this day of , 20 between the City of Westlake, a Florida municipal corporation, by and through its City Council (hereinafter “City”) and The Meadows of Westlake Homeowners Association, Inc., a Florida not for profit corporation (hereinafter “Community”) representing a private residential community located in the City of Westlake in Palm Beach County, Florida (collectively the “Parties”).
