Being a By-Law to enter into an Agreement between: The Corporation of the Town of EssexEnforcement Transfer Agreement • October 29th, 2021
Whereas in accordance with the mandates of the Clean Water Act, Council hereby enters into a renewal agreement with the Essex Region Conservation Authority (ERCA) to administer on its behalf a source water protection plan, the Essex Region Source Protection Plan, in accordance with the agreement set out in Schedule “1” to this by-law, until the termination of the agreement on December 31, 2024 and according to the terms and conditions therein.
