THIS AIRCRAFT AND/OR ENGINE MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT is made as of the 23rd day of December 2013 between Baltia Air Lines, Inc., a New York Corporation, having its registered office at 63-25 Saunders Street, Rego Park, NY I 1374 (hereinafter referred to as "CUSTOMER"), and KALITTA AIR, L.L.C.
