IndiGo has agreed to place an order for 60 Trent XWB-84 engines. This is the first ever agreement for Rolls-Royce with this leading Indian airline. As part of the deal, the health and maintenance of the engines will be covered by Rolls-Royce’s comprehensive TotalCare service. Flying to more than 110 domestic and international destinations, IndiGo flew 100 million passengers in 2023 and is among the fastest growing airlines in the world. The new order will power the airline’s expansion plans, particularly its growing footprint on international routes.
