This Contract is by and between Gilliam County (“County”) and _ (Engineer) for the performance of architectural/engineering services for County to create preliminary design options for a Countywide Broadband System and financial analysis for such designs. (Phase I). In the County’s sole discretion, Engineer shall subsequently provide additional design, solicitation and construction oversight services, pursuant to an Addendum to this Contract detailing the additional term, Scope of Work, and maximum not to exceed price, as detailed in the County’s Request for Proposal (Phase II) (collectively referred to as “Project”).
