This Agreement Between Owner and Engineer (the “Agreement”), effective the 31th day of August 2023 (“Effective Date”) is entered into by and between M&S Engineering, LLC (“Engineer" or “M&S”) and City of Cuero. (“Owner”). M&S and Owner shall collectively be referred to herein as the “Parties.”
