THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) made as of April 9, 2021 (the "Effective Date").English Language Centre Agreement • May 20th, 2022 • Ontario
On June 24, 2020, Lakehead University (hereafter referred to as “Lakehead”) and Universidad Nacional de Colombia (hereafter referred to as “UNAL” or “Participating Institution”, more particularly described below) signed a Memorandum of Understanding wherein they would collaborate and establish an Agreement that would set out all matters concerning the development of the General English Program. Now therefore, Lakehead and UNAL hereby establish an English Language Centre Contract For Groups to participate in the Program “General English” (more particularly described below), on the terms and conditions described below. The Standard Terms and Conditions attached hereto as Schedule A are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
