This License sets forth the terms and conditions under which Wiley Subscription Services, Inc. ("Wiley"), a Delaware corporation will provide the Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität, Universitätsbibliothek Johann Christian Senckenberg (the "Licensee"), with access to the electronic edition of the Products and Services subscribed to by the Licensee via Wiley InterScience, an online service.
