Thank you for your interest in our Buds & Blossoms Program. It will be wonderful to have you join us this year. This letter sets forth the terms and conditions of agreement between you and Sacred Garden School, LLC (“SGS”) for your enrollment in this program. ENROLLMENT/TUITION CONTRACT: 2017-2018Enrollment/Tuition Contract • July 11th, 2017
Class Schedule: on-site weekly Sunday classes from 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM from September 10, 2017 - June 3, 2018. An off-site curriculum with direct personal instruction will be provided.
ENROLLMENT/TUITION CONTRACT: 2019-2020Enrollment/Tuition Contract • May 1st, 2019
Tuition & Fees: We accept checks (made out to OHR CHADASH RELIGIOUS SCHOOL), cash and credit cards. A minimum of 50% of the tuition is due by September 8, 2019; a minimum $100 deposit must accompany the registration form for each child. Full tuition payment is due by December 1, 2019. There are no partial tuition waivers for late enrollments. There are no refunds.
