This Enterprise Benchmark Service Agreement (this “Agreement”) is between StatPro Canada Inc. Registered Office: 33 Yonge Street, Suite 1101, Toronto, ON. M5E 1G4, Canada Place of Registration: Canada (“StatPro”) and client whose name and address is set forth on the Enterprise Benchmark Order Form between StatPro and client (“Client”) (the “Order Form”) (each, a “Party”, and, collectively, the “Parties”), and is subject to the terms of StatPro Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”). Unless otherwise stated, the capitalized terms in this Agreement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Order Formt and the Terms of Use.
