THIS AGREEMENT, made in pursuance of the Workplace Relations Act 1996, this 3rd December 2007, between Boral Australian Gypsum Limited and on the one part (hereinafter called the "Employer") and The Australian Workers' Union of Employees, Queensland and The Communication, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia, Electrical Division, Queensland Branch (CEPU) and the Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union; on the other part, witnesses that it is hereby mutually agreed as follows:
