This Enterprise Software Trial Agreement (the "Agreement") is by and between Coder Technologies, Inc., a Delaware Corporation with offices located at 9901 Brodie Lane, Ste 160 #1212, Austin, TX 78748 ("Coder") and the company identified on the Request Form (including all of the company’s employees, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer"). Coder and Customer may be referred to in this Agreement collectively as the "Parties" or individually as a "Party." This Agreement is effective as of Customer’s acceptance of the Agreement (the “Effective Date”).
