This Enterprise Zone Tax Abatement contract (“Contract”) is entered into this 8th day of March 2006 (the “Effective Date”), between Caboto’s Foods LLC, its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Company”) and the City of Portland (“City”) acting by and through its duly designated urban renewal agency, the Portland Development Commission (“PDC”).
