This Enthought Canopy License Agreement for Academic Use (the “Agreement”) is between Enthought, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Enthought”) and the licensee who accepts the terms of this Agreement (the “Academic User”/“You”/”Your”). The Academic User must be an enrolled student, faculty member, or researcher of a degree- granting institution to license and use the Licensed Materials pursuant to this Agreement. The effective date of this Agreement is the earlier of the date Academic User accepts this Agreement or the first date Academic User uses the Licensed Materials (the “Effective Date”). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Licensed Materials. By Accessing, installing or using the Licensed Materials, You signify your assent to and acceptance of all the terms, conditions and restrictions of this Agreement. If You do not accept the terms, conditions, or restrictions of this Agreement, then You must not use the Licensed Materials.
