In accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Civil Code), the present document (hereinafter referred to as the Offer) is intended for natural persons (hereinafter referred to as the Users) who meet the criteria stated in the present Offer, and constitutes an official offer of the Satellite LLC (hereinafter referred to as Eocortex and Right Holder) to conclude the License Agreement for the use of the Eocortex Cloud PC software (hereinafter Eocortex Cloud) under the terms and conditions stipulated herein.
