THIS EPC SERVICES FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of February 16, 2024, is entered into by and between ASP Isotopes Inc., a Delaware corporation (“ASPI”), and Quantum Leap Energy LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“QLE”).
