You (“Client”) and Epic Advisory Services Corp. (also referred to as (“Epic” or the “Adviser,” or “we,” or “us,” or “our”), is a Florida limited liability Corporation, which is an Investment Adviser registered with the State of Florida, agree to enter into an investment advisory relationship which entails the opening of a brokerage/custody arrangement with Interactive Brokers, LLC (“IB”). This Agreement is effective as of the first day such a brokerage account is opened and is ready to receive trading instructions (the “Effective Date”). In consideration of the mutual covenants herein, Client and Epic agree as follows:
