This Agreement and Certificate shall form a part of and be deemed attached to all purchase orders ("contracts of sale") issued by Crane Aerospace Companies which include: ELDEC Corporation, Hydro-Aire, Lear Romec and P.L.Porter ("buyer") to the seller ("contractor") for a period of one years from the date of execution of this agreement or until performance is complete under any order issued within said year whichever is longer.
