Equinox Group Distributors, LLC, (“Equinox”) serves as the principal underwriter for Equinox Trust, separate series of unit investment trusts (each, a “Trust,” and, collectively, the “Trusts”) registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “1940 Act”).
