A request has been received from NV Energy to enter into an agreement for access to equipment easement at Tony Alamo Elementary School. Clark County School District will construct a new building addition at Tony Alamo Elementary School, known as the “Building.” As part of the construction, Clark County School District will build and maintain certain electrical facilities inside, on, under, and through the “Building” and an electric meter room, which NV Energy requests to have access on a 24 hour basis.
