This is a Rider (“Rider”) to the Rental Agreement (the “Underlying Agreement”) between Real Heaven, Inc. (“Company”) and Keslow Camera Inc. (“Lessor”) regarding the lease of certain equipment defined therein (the “Equipment”). This Rider and the Underlying Agreement shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as the “Agreement”. Unless expressly provided to the contrary herein, to the extent that any condition of this Rider conflicts with any provision of the Underlying Agreement, this Rider shall control. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Underlying Agreement, Company and Lessor agree as follows:

In addition to the standard terms and conditions contained in the Service Agreement between PAETEC and Customer (the “Agreement”), of which this Equipment Rental Schedule is a part, the following terms and conditions apply with respect to the rental of the “Equipment”. In the event of any inconsistency between this Schedule and the Agreement, this Schedule shall control.

Customer (“You”, “Your”), as named on the Equipment Rental Agreement, hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions for CloudWyze to provide equipment to Customer. These Equipment Rental Terms and Conditions are meant to supplement the Master Service Agreement Terms and Conditions, which are hereby incorporated by reference.
