AptarGroup, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), hereby grants to the participant (the “Employee”) as of [____________ __], 202__ (the “Option Date”), pursuant to the provisions of the AptarGroup, Inc. 2018 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended and restated (the “Plan”), a nonqualified option to purchase from the Company (the “Option”) the number of shares of its Common Stock, $.01 par value, deposited into the Employee’s account as of the Grant Date, at the closing price on the Option Date per share (the “Exercise Price”), upon and subject to the restrictions, terms and conditions set forth below.
