THIS ESCROW AND TRUST AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of , 2021, by and between the Canutillo Independent School District, a governmental agency, body politic and corporate and political subdivision of the State of Texas in El Paso County, Texas (the “District”), and BOKF, NA, Dallas, Texas, a banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, or its successors or assigns hereunder, as escrow agent (the “Escrow Agent”).
