LTD, a Singapore limited liability company (“Nestron”) (together with its successors and assigns in such capacity, the “Trustee”), (ii) NESTRON US LLC a USA limited liability company (“Nestron US”) ,(iii) NESTRON CENTER, a regional showroom branch project Nestron US is raising funds for establishment and incorporation in the United States of America (“NC”) (each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).
