Agreement between Alexander Parris, Lot Turner and Samuel CudworthEstate Lease Agreement • July 21st, 2016
Street and assigned unto us the lease of the same, -- and has also agreed to pay the interest on the mortgages upon the same Estate to the first day of April next, -- in consideration thereof we hereby agree that the said Parris shall receive for his own use and benefit the rents of the said Estate, and do hereby authorize him to collect the same for his own use until the said first day of April next, but no longer.
