This Limited Liability Company Agreement (this “Agreement”) of [Company Name], a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), is entered into as of [insert date] by and among the Company, the Members who are listed on the Schedule of Members (attached as Exhibit A), and any other Person who, after the date hereof, becomes a Member in accordance with the terms of this Agreement by signing a joinder hereto (attached as Exhibit B) (collectively, the “Members”).
