This Real Estate Purchase Addendum (“Addendum”) is to be made part of, and incorporated into, the Real Estate Purchase Contract dated ____________________, 20___ ("Contract”) between ("Seller" and the term “Seller” shall also include Countrywide Home Loans, Inc.) and ("Buyer") for the property and improvements located at the following address: ("Property"). Buyer and Seller may each be referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” The Contract and this Addendum together constitute the “Agreement”.
