This AGREEMENT made as of the 23rd day of July, 2018, by and among Pequea Valley School District, with a place of business at 166 South New Holland Road, P.O. Box 130, Kinzers, Pennsylvania 17535 (the “School District” or the “Taxing Entity”) and Urban Outfitters, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation with its principal place of business located at 5000 South Broad Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19112 and all its subsidiaries (the “Participant”).
