This Foundational Voice Model Development Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Ethovox Inc. (“Developer”) and Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (“SAG-AFTRA”) with respect to the creation and use of a Foundational Voice Model Voice Model (as defined below). This Agreement is effective as of (“Effective Date”).
