This agreement establishes the rules that govern the processing of deposited checks through member’s account(s) at the Credit Union using Mobile Check Deposit. From time to time, the Credit Union may amend any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Such amendments shall become effective as stated on any notice sent to you, the member. Examples of such notices might include, but are not limited to, statement inserts, electronic disclosures, etc. By using the Mobile Check Deposit, you accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement. Please read it carefully. The terms and conditions of member’s Membership Agreement and the Truth-In-Savings Schedule for member’s deposit accounts and each of member’s loan agreements continue to apply notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this agreement.
