USAID Cooperative Agreement: AID-623-A-12-00009Evaluation Report • October 25th, 2016
Contract Type FiledOctober 25th, 2016This evaluation could not have been done without the support of USAID, which provided funding for the HOPE project. Although the reduction of USAID funding did not allow for the planned end-of-project, donor-funded evaluation to occur, Global Communities decided to fund the evaluation internally to ensure that both intended and unintended outcomes would be documented and could be used to guide other programs working with at-risk youth on life skills, and HIV/AIDS, STI/STD, and substance abuse awareness and prevention.
