These evaluation terms and conditions (Evaluation Terms) are entered into between Juro Online Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 09684844 whose registered offce is at 1 Long Lane, London SE1 4PG, United Kingdom (Juro, we, us, our) and the applicable customer (Customer, you, your) agreeing to these terms as part of a trial. The Agreement consists of the Evaluation Terms, the DPA, and the AI Addendum. If there is a conflict, this order of priority applies: first, the DPA; then, the AI Addendum; and then, the Evaluation Terms.

In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Evaluation Terms and the AI Addendum, such conflicts will be resolved in the following order of priority: first, the AI Addendum, and then the Evaluation Terms.
