This EVENT SPACE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Ridley IPCO, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Licensor”), and the licensee listed in the Basic Terms below (“Licensee”). Licensor operates that certain business known as “No Studios” and located at 1037 W. McKinley Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53205 (the “Facility”), which contains the event space described and/or depicted on Schedule 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (the “Space”). Licensee desires to use, and Licensor is willing to license the use of, the Space as an event venue, on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
