This Event Support Agreement ("Agreement") for 2018 Volunteers of America LPGA Texas Classic Tournament is made and entered into on April 18, 2018, by and among the City of The Colony, Texas, ("City") and Octagon, Inc. ("Octagon"), on the terms and conditions set forth below. City and OCTAGON are individually and collectively referred to herein as "party" or "parties".
