This Everbridge Master Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of the Services (as defined below) and is an agreement by and between Everbridge Europe Limited (registered number 03621410) whose registered office is at 6 De Grey SQ, De Grey Road, Colchester, Essex CO4 5YQ, United Kingdom (“Everbridge”), and the customer identified in the Call-Off Contract which references this Agreement (“Client”). Everbridge and Client are each sometimes referred to as a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties.”
