Sending Organisation: Associazione Culturale Link Responsible for preparation, support and monitoring of the volunteer before, during and after the EVS activities. Arrange insurance of volunteer. Assist the coordinating organization for the volunteer’s travel arrangements. Provide co-ordinating organisation with receipts of costs. Liaison with NA on pre-departure training (if any). To help the Coordinating Organization to gather all the documents necessary for the final report from the volunteer (boarding passes, tickets, final report).

Responsible for preparation, support and monitoring of the volunteer, before, during and after the EVS activities, arrange insurance of volunteer, assist volunteer with international travel arrangements, visa/vaccination requirements (if required), provide co-ordinating organisation with receipts of costs, liaison with NA on pre- departure training (if any).
