Licensee may use Exasol Database (software and documentation) only in accordance with this license agreement ("Agreement"). Use of Exasol Database is expressly conditioned on licensee's agreement to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Exasol Database may contain third-party software and the use of Exasol Database is therefore further conditioned on licensee's agreement to such third- party terms and conditions as are set forth in the software administration frontend (EXAoperation). By beginning the use of Exasol Database the user represents that he is duly authorized to legally bind licensee to the terms of this Agreement and to the terms for use of the third-party.
