In accordance with the application herein, (excavation, obstruction) and subject to the extent the County has the right by law, rule, or regulation subject to the County’s rights to said property and in accordance with the general conditions and “special provisions” of the application and the County Ordinance dated to which the County and the Applicant hereby agree a Utility Permit is hereby granted by the County of Lake of the Woods to obstruct, excavate and thereafter maintain a on or across, under, or along the right-of-way of a road under County jurisdiction in the location shown on the sketch in the application, as may be modified by the Director.
