is entered into this day of March, 2024 (“Effective Date”) by and between the UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT, a public school district duly organized and validly existing under the Constitution and the laws of the State of California (“District”) and ROBSON HOMES, LLC, a California limited liability company (“Robson Homes”). District and Robson Homes are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the “Parties.”
