This CONTRACT MANUFACTURING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), effective the 11th day of January 2023, between Arcimoto, Inc. an Oregon corporation having its principal place of business at 2034 West 2nd Avenue, Eugene, Oregon 97402 (“Arcimoto”) and Ellectramobilys, a french corporation, having its principal place of business at 2 rue Henri Matisse, 62100 Calais, France (“CUSTOMER”).
