made and entered into this 21st day of June 2023 (the “Effective Date of the First Amendment”), by and between WASTE MANAGEMENT COLLECTION & RECYCLING, INC., a California corporation (“Franchisee”), and THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, a municipal corporation of the State of California (the “City”). City and Franchisee are occasionally herein referred to each as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
