This Exclusive Healthier Beverage Agreement (the “Agreement”) is dated effective November 1, 2018, and is made by and between Bottling Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company authorized to transact business in Florida, and having its local offices at 5829 Pepsi Place, Jacksonville, FL 32216, FEIN 13-4042452 (the “Contractor”), and The School Board of Duval County, Florida, a body politic and corporate, having its principal place of business at 1701 Prudential Drive, Jacksonville, Florida 32207 (the “District”).
