LSH Land Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Developer”), is pleased to provide this letter to confirm its agreement (“Letter Agreement”) for an exclusive option to enter into a definitive lease agreement with RD ORCHARDS, LLC (“Landowner,”) Developer and Landowner each sometimes being referred to herein as a “Party” and are collectively sometimes being referred to herein as, the “Parties” for the lease of approximately 160 acres of land in Monmouth, Maine, being more particularly described in the Memorandum of Option attached hereto as Exhibit B (the “Property”).
