This EXCLUSIVE RAGNAROK AUTHORIZATION AND DISTRIBUTION Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is made and entered into on this 2nd day of March, 2009 (hereinafter referred to as “Effective Date”), by and between Gravity Co., Ltd., a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of Korea (hereinafter referred to as “Korea”) and having its principle office at 15F, Nuritkum Square Business Tower, 1605, Sangam-Dong, Mapo-Gu, Seoul, Korea (hereinafter referred to as “Gravity”), and Level Up!
